Remodel Plumbing

Remodel plumbing, rough-in to reveal.

Bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing across Southwest Florida — fixture relocations, new drains and vents, tub and shower conversions — done to plan, to code, and to a written scope.

What we offer

Fixture relocations

Moving a toilet to the far wall, centering a tub, splitting one vanity into two — relocations live or die on drain slope and venting. We plan them properly before anything is demoed.

Waste, vent & water reconfiguration

New layouts need new lines. We reconfigure and extend waste, vent, and water systems to match the design — sized and routed to code, pressure-tested, inspected.

Rough-in through final trim

One contractor from slab to set: underground and wall rough-in, top-out, then fixture set and trim when finishes are done. No handoff gaps, one accountable license.

Homeowner & designer coordination

Cut sheets and rough-in templates checked before we rough — so the drain lands where the freestanding tub actually needs it, not where a guess put it. Working with a GC? See our Builders page for how we bid.

Frequently asked questions

Usually yes — the question is what it takes. Moving fixtures means extending drains with proper slope and venting, which can involve opening the slab. We'll tell you what your specific move requires and price it as a firm scope before demo day.

Before design is final. A five-minute conversation about where the vent stack lives can save a layout revision later. At latest, we should see the plan before demolition so rough-in is priced and scheduled correctly.

Yes — most remodel clients supply their own fixtures and trim. We install them and warranty our workmanship. Get us the cut sheets and rough-in templates early so the rough-in matches what's arriving in the boxes.

Existing conditions are concealed until opened. If what's behind the wall differs from what was assumed — broken, corroded, or non-conforming pipe — we stop, document it with photos, and get your written approval on the added work before proceeding. That policy is in every quote we write.
