Whole-Home Repiping

Repipe it once. Stop chasing leaks.

Complete repipes for Southwest Florida homes with aging copper, polybutylene, or corroded lines — modern PEX or copper, pressure-tested before close-in, permitted and inspected.

What we offer

PEX & copper options

PEX for speed, flexibility, and corrosion resistance; copper where it's the right call. We'll explain the trade-offs for your home and price both if you want the comparison.

Planned routing, minimal damage

A repipe done right is planned before a wall is opened. We route to minimize drywall cuts, protect your floors and furniture, and document every opening we make.

Pressure-tested before close-in

Every new system is pressure-tested and holds before walls close. The inspector verifies it too — that's two sets of eyes on your new plumbing before it disappears behind drywall.

Concealed-condition honesty

In-wall and under-slab conditions are concealed until opened. If we find something outside the quoted scope, we stop, document it with photos, and get your written approval before proceeding — never a surprise invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Recurring pinhole leaks, rusty or discolored water, dropping pressure, or polybutylene pipe (common in Florida homes built roughly 1978–1995) are the big signals. One leak is a repair; the third leak in two years is a pattern — at that point a repipe is usually cheaper than the drywall damage of leak-chasing.

Most single-family repipes take a few days of plumbing work, plus the inspection before walls close. We'll give you the timeline for your specific home in the quote — including how long water is actually off, which is usually far less than people fear.

Our scope is the plumbing: routing, pipe, connections, testing, permit, and inspection. Drywall patch and paint are excluded and stated plainly in the quote — we'd rather you know exactly who owns what than discover it later. We can point you to finishers we've worked alongside.

PEX resists the corrosion that kills copper in some Florida water conditions, installs faster, and costs less. Copper remains a premium, proven option. We install both — the right answer depends on your water, your budget, and your plans for the home, and we'll give you a straight recommendation.
